HOPS has the One4all Mobile resident app (available for download from GooglePlay or the App Store, or in your browser).
Laundry room reservations are made through the One4all Mobile app, and a personal PIN code displayed in the app allows access to the laundry room during the reservation process. Some laundry rooms do not have a code, but can be accessed with an apartment key.
If you have not received a “welcome” email, you can create a password for yourself at https://mobile.o4a.fi/
Remember to use the email address you used for your application. If you wish to change your email address, please contact hops@retta.fi.
